Sara Baker is a consultant who focuses on organizational strengthening. Using approaches rooted in justice and equity, she helps nonprofits improve their mission alignment, strategies, impact, efficiency, culture, and resource mobilization. Sara has nearly two decades of experience researching, writing, managing, reviewing, and awarding grants. She serves as a grant writing coach for Rx Foundation's grantee partners, formerly taught the UT grant writing certificate program, and has facilitated grant writing workshops for Alliance for Better Nonprofits and the Knox County Health Department.
